Description:
This nice looking download comes to us courtesy of Skillzzerr, and it aims to add a little realism to your Quake IV gaming experience!

The Quake 4 Realistic Mod makes several changes to your stock version of this game, and it's all for the better; If you are after a whole new Quake experience, then this is the download for you!
    Some of the features include:
    • Strogg bodies burn away fix
    • Soldiers drop their weapons when they die
    • Dark bloody kane and tactical transfer stroggs
    • Flashlight added to all weapons
    • Instructions how to make you're own marine
    • Dead marine bodies move like dead strogg bodies
